メディオ・テックは1989年（平成元年）、医療の診断精度向上を医療情報のコンピュータネットワーク運用にて実現することを目標として起業しました。

当社は代表者をはじめスタッフの医療材料と医療機能措置を扱った実務と海外の医療機器メーカにおける開発経験があり、1992年には米国シリコンバレーに開発拠点を置く「医療画像遠隔システム」の日本販売代理権を得て、全国の医療機関でシステム構築を行いました。今ではIT（Information technology）に象徴される情報処理技術が時代の主流となり、医療（治療）現場では診療データの運用が始まり、「診療情報を活用する」ニーズが大きくなっています。私たちは医療情報の共有供覧の実現へ向けて、様々なシステム構築と稼働を行ってきた経験を余すことなく、システムインテグレーションにおいて提供します。

Mediotech was established in 1989 in efforts to improve the medical quality by computer networking of the medical information.

Before founding the company, the president and other staff had wide experience in not only the handling of the medical materials and devives during the medical procedures but also the development at the overseas medical device makers.

In 1992, Mediotech obtained the right of locally distributing the "medical teleradiology system" of a company of Silicon Valley, CA and then built this system in the medical insitutions across Japan.

Today, as the information Processing technlogy symbolized by IT becomes the mainstream of an era, Japanese medical insitutions have also changed the handling of the medical data from "storage" to "operation", which is exactly what Mediotech is aiming for, and there are now significant needs for utilizing the medical information.

Mediotech develops our own "computerization of medical information and its operation system" based on our experiences in the conventional medical information processing, while introducing overseas excellent medical information systems to this cutting-edge field.
